Since the development of the Extended Conjugate Gradient Method (ECGM) for continuous optimal control problems and the operators ~A and ~D, there have been lots of improvement with regards to its performance. It is the desire of the authors of this paper to further improve the efficiency of this method by considering the hybridization of these two operators. It is our hoped that this operator ~S will not boubt increase the performance of this scheme in the minimization of penalized cost functional.
