The design of a one touch 16bit information relay system digital circuit for distress calls is the focus of this work. The digital circuit consist of binary switches which forms the precoded digital signal required for serial information transfer with the use of a multiplexer. The circuit was analyzed with the use of Multisim 10 application software to assess its response to coded information.
